The monthly rent is $750 (firsts and lasts negotiable) - this doesn't include hydro which can range from an extra $30-$80 depending on the time of year. The room is available for May 23rd, and it is very close to the airport, as well as shopping, transportation, and the green belt. I have four cats that live here but they are very friendly. There is a parking space available, in unit washer and dryer, and tons of storage space in the kitchen.
