The apartment is located at 2277 Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa and offers a great central location close to shopping, restaurants, gyms, and major freeways. Rent would be split evenly at approximately $1,900/month each, plus shared utilities. Deposit would also be split evenly. The common areas will be fully furnished.
