Room for rent $620 in Georgetown Gardens, Torrington. Roommate is 26 year old female, clean, quiet and trustworthy. Single cat allowed, has to get along with other cats or stay in room. Preferably looking for another woman to move in, no age preference. The lease is until November 1st so it is temporary living unless you chose to renew the lease yourself. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. Private bedroom. Feel free to have personal items in communal living areas. I am moving out due to a personal family emergency but looking for someone to fill my spot on the lease. Message to view the room and apartment. Moving out by July 1st but open to leaving sooner.
