Looking for 1 roommate at Solstice at Bay Oaks in Norfolk, VA! 🌊 The apartment is a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath with water views, balconies, updated appliances, washer/dryer, and located near Ocean View & Little Creek. Solstice at Bay Oaks I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful to share the apartment with. Pets are okay per the lease agreement, but all roommates would need to apply through the property management company and meet apartment requirements. 💰 Rent split:• My budget: around $1,500–1,600• Remaining roommate portion: around $1,000–1,100 depending on final fees/utilities About me:• Active duty military• I have one dog — a 25 lb collie mix service dog 🐶• Prefer a chill, drama-free living environment Apartment community is pet friendly and near the water, parks, and beach access.
