House is in a great location near the 99 and about 20 min away from Fresno. I used to commute back and forth from Madera to Fresno everyday for work before covid and the drive wasn’t bad at all. This will be a shared home. Rent includes wifi and water. Pg&e will be split. Lgbtq friendly. I have two dogs and one cat so unfortunately no pets allowed.
