I am renting out my spare rooms for $700 per room or $1300 for both The rent would include shared kitchen and main living areas. The bathroom would be shared between the people renting the rooms (I have my own bathroom). Parking spaces are included, as are utilities including internet and streaming TV service. I am quiet and stay mostly in my bedroom. I have 3 small dogs, so other pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Garage space is available for storage, and I have a large fenced backyard. The house is equipped with a security system. No drugs are allowed; weed would be required to be used outside, and no smoke or huge vape clouds are allowed in the house. You must not be an extremely loud person and must be considerate of others in the house. You will need to provide references and proof of employment and income. The deposit is negotiable.
