Townhouse room for rent

looking for a roommate starting August 1st. The room is 10’6, 14’10 and I would be the only other roommate. Its technically a 3 bedroom touwnhouse but I use the smallest bedroom as an office/gaming room. The pictures are from pre-move in so I already have some furniture in place but not fully. You would get your own full bathroom but its disconnected from the bedroom.
