Looking for Lakewood Roommate - $800/person rent
🌻Looking for a roommate (sublease), $800/person/month rent (utilities & wifi average $180/person/month right now) house west Lakewood (near truck park). No central air (I have plenty window units), but house includes dishwasher and in unit washer/dryer, driveway & off street parking, and a backyard. 3 bedroom/1.5 bath (I am using the 3rd bedroom as a study/yoga space/craft room). Move in flexible -- available June 15. 🌻About you: clean, respectful of boundaries, great at conflict resolution, big on communication, LGBTQ or LGBTQ friendly, no cats/dogs (I have 3 parakeets in my sunroom/office), interested in building community. Ideally looking for another professional in their late 20s-30s. 🌻About me: My name is Lenny (they/them), I work in nonprofit fundraising and in my free time I'm a community organizer, practice yoga, make art, expand my flower cutting garden, and spend lots of time geeking out about birds. I'm not big on going out-- I'm alcohol free-- boardgame nights, craft fairs and community events are more my speed. 🌻About the neighbors: my street is super awesome! I've lived here since 2020 and am close with neighbors on both sides (a retired couple who loves mowing my lawn for exercise and a younger eccentric couple with dogs). I'm within walking distance of Truck Park, Cleveland Vegan, the YMCA, Brewellas, Rood Food, Gingham Market, Cleveland Bagel, and the new Planet Fitness.
