Hey, my name is Manny! I’m a mechanical engineer working full-time and looking for a temporary place to stay while I sort out my next longer-term housing situation. I’m needing a stable, respectful setup while I get things figured out (preferably month to month basis). As a roommate, I’m pretty low-maintenance. I keep shared spaces clean, handle my own groceries and laundry, and I’m generally out the door early for work. I’m not a party person, and after a full day I’m usually winding down at home. I’ll communicate if something comes up and I just ask for the same in return.
