Hello, I need a roommate to move into this apartment with on July 10th. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath (1083 sq ft) at classic city flats in northeast Athens 10 minutes from downtown. The apartments were built just a few years ago and the complex has a pool, 24/7 conference room, small game room, a gym, and a pickle ball court. The rent is $1599 a month not including other fees like water, electricity, internet, and some additional services like trash. The first month of rent will be a little bit less than $1000 and we will receive 2 months of free rent (September and October) as part of a deal they are giving me for having signed the lease. About me: I’m 25 years old, just my finished my master’s, and will be starting a teaching job at a middle school in Athens. I’m friendly, clean, and easy to live with. Ideally I’m looking for a roommate who is between the ages of 23-35 and is a grad student or young professional. Send me a message if you’re interested!
