Available July 1- This is 2-story townhouse in a gated community, with 2 of the bedrooms upstairs. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Both rooms have walk-in closets and there is an extra closet in the hallway. I'd like to rent the rooms out as a unit. You'd have a private bathroom, but shared kitchen downstairs. Screened in patio, 2- community pools, close to all the major highways. Very quiet, family-oriented community.
