The bedroom and bathroom pictured would be yours… landlord can re-paint however you want! dining room furniture will be different (table + rug belonged to my previous roommate.) A little about me: 29 year old female, work at a museum (WFH 3-4 days a week), lived here for 5+ years (same unit, it’s a GEM), east coast transplant that loves LA ☀️🌴 Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking.
