Brand new house in Cadence, Henderson. Single level house and private room. Shared bathroom. Unfurnished $850. Or furnished $950. All utilities are included. Very convenient location. Close to everything. Only 1 roommate living there. Male and retired. He’s very clean, quiet and respectful. We come to Vegas every other weekend. We live in SD full time. We have community pool, few parks and lots of places to walk around. Desirable neighborhoods. We are looking for a single occupancy only and no pets. Must have FT job outside the house. Clean and responsible.
