I have a room available in Rancho Cordova. It’s a 4 bedroom 2.5-bath house. The home is located in a neighborhood with an attached shopping center and lots of parks and walking trails. It’s close to the freeway and a mile from the light rail station, Target, Safeway, and other stores. Room with shared bath, full size bed and dresser if needed Included in rent: Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Professional cleaners clean common areas. All cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc, provided! Utilities are additional, but is Wifi included,pest control, and cleaning is included. Coded lock on bedroom door and blackout curtains on all bedroom windows. The house has been recently painted. Overnight guests are welcome (restrictions apply). Plenty of street parking. Lots of storage. Laundry on . 2 refrigerators Security deposit due at move in. Looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, but I can be flexible.
