I’m currently looking for someone to split a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (~$1,750 total, so about $875 each + utilities depending). Ideally looking to move in sometime soon.
A little about me:
I’m a student at the University of Iowa
Pretty active (into running, working out, staying busy)
Easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces
Social but also value downtime
Usually pretty structured with school/work during the week
What I’m looking for:
Clean and respectful
Chill personality, easy to live with
Preferably another student or someone with a similar schedule/lifestyle
