Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a 3 bed / 3 bath apartment at Skyview for asap or even for the August 2026 – July 2027 lease term. If needed sooner it's available immediately.
Rent is $1,229/month plus utilities.
The complex has great amenities, including a large lounge area, 2 story gym, vending machines, pool tables, and maintenance support is top notch. My room shares no walls with roomates, beautiful view, 5th floor so no one is above. It is the quietest and best spot of the apartment complex. It’s also in a super convenient location. It’s close to Target, Sprouts, Walmart, and of course all NAU classes. Let me know if you’re interested!
