Private bedroom + private bathroom available for summer sublease at Stateside Apartments, walking distance to San Diego State University. 4 bed / 2 bath fully furnished unit, but only 3 of the 4 bedrooms are currently occupied. My room is on its own side of the apartment, while the other 2 roommates live on the opposite side and share the second bathroom. That means you would have your side of the apartment to yourself and would not share a bathroom with anyone. One of the 2 roommates also plans on leaving for the summer and will not be subleasing his room, so the apartment may be even quieter. Apartment features:

• Great location near campus, restaurants, and tons of grocery stores. Lease term: June–August
