Hi, woman in her 30s looking to rent a private room and bathroom in downtown Columbia. I’d prefer being close to public transport and somewhere with hardwood floors and in unit laundry. I am pretty laid back, moderately clean and i tend to stay out of the way. I work from home, so I’d prefer a quiet space. Looking to move the beginning of June.
