Small backyard with a grill and right next to the large community pool and hot tub. You will have your own bathroom and walk in closet, there is an additional extra half bathroom for guests. I am 31 and work in real estate and am very laid back and easy going! I love music and sports and am easy to live with and always respectful of your space. I do have a very gentle and lovable 7 year old husky and a 7 year old cat that are very well behaved and won’t invade your space. Would love to find someone who does love animals!
