We’re looking for a responsible professional for single occupancy who shares these values. We maintain a substance-free, pet-free home (no smoking or drugs). We’re friendly and supportive, but also respect privacy. The rental agreement is month-to-month with flexible security deposit payments. We want this to feel like home to you!
The room is a downstairs remodeled master suite in a beautiful 4-bedroom home in the San Leandro hills. The neighbors are quiet, and there’s a panoramic view of the Bay. The room features an elegant gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet with drawers, and a built-in desk. A full-size bed is provided if needed. The room comes with laundry and kitchen privileges with personal pantry space in the remodeled kitchen. There’s a private entrance to the room and inside access to the locked garage for your car, plus access to the back yard, redwood deck, and storage space under the house.
