Cleanliness is very important. The tenant is expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness in all shared areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. They are free to manage the cleanliness of their private room as they wish. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for convenience. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The use of drugs or any illegal substances is not allowed under any circumstances.
