Roommate needed!

Hello my name is Fernando, I’m currently looking for someone to rent out my room! It’s a 3 room 2 bathroom apartment with large patio excellent for sunbathing, parties, gatherings and basically anything you can think of. I have two amazing roommates that love cooking and are passionate about it. This apartment includes washer and dryer. Bart is a 5 minute walk and Berkeley bowl is a 10 minute walk. I am leaving to LA in June but if you need anything sooner we can work things out!
