I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease at Theater Street Apartments. Lease is for 1bd 1bath in a 2bd 2bath. Fully furnished, walk in closet, and washer & dryer included. Rent is about $840 after utilities and fees ($790 base rent). The lease is from August 2026 - July 2027. Willing to move out in May if you want to move in before August or for the summer semester. Also willing to help with move in fees. Message me if interested!
