- has all kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc)
- Coin-op laundry on - Balcony
- Living Room/Kitchen furnished
- Split PG&E/Internet, Water and Trash included via landlord Looking for someone easy going and is okay with most of the apartment already furnished.
