Professional/ responsible roommate

I just moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath
Casita style house with a small backyard in a new modern community. Has all the modern amenities anyone could possibly want. I am open to subleasing one of the bedrooms with it's own bathroom, would require first and last month's rent. The rent includes cable which is direct tv, high-speed internet.
Water, valet trash and all amenity charges. The only bill you would pay would be the electric bill which we would split 50/50.
Must be a very responsible person financially with rent on time.. please only serious inquiries... MOVE IN AVAILABILITY WILL NOT BE TILL JULY 1/2026 I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYONE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A FULL AND COMPLETE PROFILE ON THIS PLATFORM.
