Room for rent

I have a room and private bathroom for rent, utilities not included in rent price. Utilities would be split monthly. I do have a small male dog who is friendly just mouthy. Other dogs if friendly are welcomed no extra cost. Living room, kitchen, and laundry are shared. Female roommate preferred.
