Newly built 3bdrm townhome, looking to share with someone in this fairly new community. I stay in the master bedroom and the unfurnished spare rooms share a bathroom in the hallway, W/D, utilities and internet included. Please feel free to ask questions. I am ultimately looking for only 1 roommate. *I do have a roommate at this time, but she is moving out May 14th, so you will possibly be sharing a bathroom until then. Still a great situation, the spare room will be set with a queen bed w/four drawers for storage. Utilities is included with rental fee.
Deposit is due before move in.
