We are looking for 1 female only and cannot accommodate any additional pets. We are looking to fill this room immediately! This is a private bedroom with its own bathroom in a well maintained four bedroom family home located in Upland, California. The home is in a quiet, safe gated community that offers plenty of parking and access to a community pool. The neighborhood is peaceful and well cared for, making it a great place to relax and feel at home. The house offers shared common areas and a comfortable layout that provides both privacy and a sense of community. The room is available starting in April 2026 (now). The home is shared with a single dad and his two daughters. It is a respectful, family-style household that values open communication, cleanliness, and mutual consideration. There are also two dogs and one cat in the home, so the space is ideal for someone who is comfortable living with pets and an active household.
