Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Arc Cincinnati for the 2026–2027 school year, as I’ve recently decided to transfer. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is a 4 bed / 2 bath unit. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $960/month and includes water, furniture, and WiFi. The unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. I’ve already secured a parking spot with a deposit—this can be included for an additional monthly cost, but it’s completely optional if you don’t need it. You’ll be living with three amazing girls who are all close friends of mine—girls only! The building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed around July.
