I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It's a 4 bedroom home. The open room is downstairs and has a separate living space and a shower and bath downstairs as well. You would have roommate downstairs with you. lease period is a year and 2 months. You would take over my lease, and i would stay until i found a final roommate to take my spot.There are two other roommates, both women, so women would be preferred, but all will be considered. Bills are internet and electricity, others are included in rent. Two car garage with one guaranteed open space once i move. Spacious backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Several walking trails are nearby. No deposit needed
