Hi! I’m a 24-year-old full-time worker. I’m usually out of the house in the evenings for work, and I go to the gym in the mornings, so I tend to keep a pretty busy schedule. I’m also someone who enjoys reading and going out to cafes to write! I mostly keep to myself but if I catch you passing by I’d definitely stop to chat and probably won’t shut up lol. I live with my younger sister, she’s usually home most of the time and is also quiet and easygoing. We also have 1 cat. There is one other guy living in the apartment but he is very chill! Hes 24 as well and works with animals. We’re just animal lovers in this house! One girl is moving out, and we are looking to replace the empty space. We are all quiet and keep to ourselves. I’m renting out a bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment, currently $750, utilities not included. The apartment is in a convenient location, close to the Orange Line into Boston, as well as bus lines to Everett and Chelsea. You’ll share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with the other roommates. I’m looking for someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, and maintains a clean-living space.
