Looking for a male roomate to sublease for May 1st (or sooner) - July 31st 2026, with potential exstension. My roommate (28) and I (25) are young proffesionals in biotech industry. I'm moving for private reasons. My roommate loves gym, cooking, reading, self development Place is clean and tidy. Private laundry machine and dryer in building.
