One bedroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom North Tacoma house. Room size is 11.25 ft x 10.25 ft. Shared access to common areas... bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, backyard. Currently in the household are one 46 yr old male(me) and one 30 yr old female.
You would share a full-size French door refrigerator with only one person. Home has gigabit internet, multiple streaming services, surround sound 4k oled tv setup, video game and vinyl record friendly. Only a couple of blocks away from 6th Ave, filled with restaurants/bars and shops. All utilities included. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Home has two cats already that don't get along with other animals.
