I have a private room in an all girls 3 bedroom apartment in the Fenway/Kenmore area that is available May-August. The rent is $1500/month and includes utilities. The room is spacious and the entire apartment is furnished. The other two tenants are both Northeastern graduates. There is laundry in the building.
