Currently scouting potential roommate options as the space becomes available later this year. Renting out a spare room with a private half bath in a cozy duplex near downtown Hayward. 3 blocks from BART and AC Transit and a short drive to 580 and 880 freeways. I’m in search of a very clean, organized person who is respectful and responsible. Ideal roommate should be easy going, social, likes animals and loves food.
