I have one unfurnished bedroom for rent in a 2-story 3 bdrm/2.5 bath home. Available for SINGLE person occupancy. Bathroom to be shared with roommate of second room - 55 y/o male. Internet/Wi-fi. Central a/c. Garage gym. Washer/dryer. Community pool/rec area. Living with 47 y/o female and my 5 yr old American Bully, so must love animals. Free street parking or on- with a paid monthly parking pass.
