Each room is individually locked with private spacious full sized bath and a large closet. Furnished with full sized bed, desk and dresser. First floor room is available with large, front window view of complex. Shared areas include full sized kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, living area with sofa, chair, coffee table, tv stand and large television. AND in-unit washer and dryer! Unit includes wifi and private gated backyard area. Free parking and pets welcome (pet fee applicable). 4-1/2 miles from Texas Tech and free daily shuttle service to and from the University! Community amenities include outdoor pool with four private poolside cabanas, outdoor [REDACTED] sound system, outdoor lounge, picnic tables and ping-pong. There is a fenced pet park & indoor dog spa, EV charging stations, electronic apartment and room locks and controlled access to the community.
