Hi everyone! My two friends and I are university students looking for a sublease or short-term rental in Lincoln Park for the upcoming Fall semester (August 2026 – December 2026). We are specifically interested in Ion Lincoln Park, but we are open to other apartment buildings or townhomes in the area! About us: We are three responsible, clean, and studious individuals. We are looking for either a 3-bedroom unit or a 4-bedroom unit where we can take over three of the rooms. Budget: Around $1,000 - $1,250 per person (negotiable depending on the unit and utilities).
