looking for 1Bed and bath for two

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a 1-bedroom space (or private room) from May 18 – October (possibly longer, if available). Budget: $1000–$1400 (preferably all utilities included)
Parking: Need space for 2 cars
Pets: I don’t have any, but I’m totally pet-friendly!
Preference: All-girl household A little about me:
I’m 24, currently in nursing school, and I love crocheting and reading. I really value having a calm, relaxing space to come home to. I don’t smoke, I’m very clean and organized, and I tend to keep to myself. I typically buy my own toiletries and groceries, but I’m also totally open to sharing or taking turns purchasing household items if that works best for everyone. I’m a very respectful roommate. I keep shared spaces tidy, communicate well, and am mindful of noise and schedules. I’m usually busy with school/clinical, so I won’t have many (if any) guests over. I’m also reliable with rent and bills, and I truly value a peaceful, drama-free environment. Additional note: My husband will be away on a work trip during this time and is expected to return around February. Depending on the arrangement and if allowed by the owner, we may both stay through may. I’m looking for a place where I can focus on school, recharge, and feel comfortable at home 💕
