Hello, I have a beautiful home in Reno and I’m offering the room for guests. I have 2 left, starting at 650$. And a master with private bedroom for 900$. Quiet, clean and spacious. Non smokers and no pets. We have someone managing the house one a week for cleanness and order in the shared spaces. Utilities split even, around 50-60$ month approx. (waste, water, sewer, power and propane).
