The monthly rent is $1100 and the room is available May 1st (possibly sooner) The condo is 1,120 sqr feet with a large patio with a grill. Very safe neighborhood with secure below ground parking. Quick and easy access to 101 / 170 / 405 freeways. Good walkability as well restaurants and stores across the street. I have 1 dog a frenchie (Romeo) so looking for someone that is dog friendly.
