I am a graduate student at Vanderbilt. I tend to be quiet, and I like to keep things clean and organized. I am friendly but socially independent because I am busy with my studies. I cook twice a week in the early afternoon. Ideally, I am looking for a relatively new place, and I prefer long-term housing, available for at least a year.
