Me and my boyfriend are looking for a place to rent in the St. John’s area preferably near mun. Hoping to move into a place around early to mid august. Looking for a 2 bedroom apartment, our general price range is $1200-$1600 including utilities and preferably high speed wifi for our work/school work. We would also like 1-2 parking spaces if possible. We would also like if both our names could be on the lease not just one of us! Little more info about us! I do vape (nicotine that’s it) so preferably somewhere that is okay with vaping 🙂 i love animals so if possible pet friendly if not that’s totally okay I understand too! I’m very artsy and love decor I keep to myself, I’m tidy for the most part (my makeup vanity gets a little crazy😅) I also have great time management.
My boyfriend got into mun for this September (why we’d like it to be near mun). He’s outgoing loves gaming in free time very understanding loves animals he’s tidy good time management. Overall We are both quiet, responsible, respectful young adults taking the next step of true adulthood. Thanks! ☺️
