I am getting a place June and am hoping to find a roomie to go in on it. I am very picky and won’t have a roommate unless they fit what I need. Lgbt friendly. Clean and reliable job they can prove. I am 35 a lesbian and a gamer and work a 9-5. I need someone quiet no couples. No pets women and lgbt preferred. I ultimately would like you to be my friend and us to be able to co exist but enjoy some time together
