Hi, my name is Sophie. I am 27 years old and looking for a new roommate starting in June. We have a room available in a house in a quiet neighborhood in Albany. There are four roommates currently (co-ed). But you will have your own room and everyone is respectful and mostly keeps to themselves. We have a male cat in the house who doesn't get along with other males, so we can only accept one female cat (assuming the landlord agrees). Driveway and street parking available. Washer and dryer in the basement. Utilities and internet bills are split evenly between all roommates.
