The refundable deposit is 300$. Utilities are included Amenities- 1st floor washer/ dryer in unit, dish washer, ample visitor parking, central-heat/ air, balcony, bike rack, Near- bus route, taco truck, Albertsons, BSU, The room- The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so it is a very private bedroom with a walk-in closet and own private bathroom. 12x12 foot room can accommodate a queen size bed comfortably. Who I am looking for- I am seeking a respectful roommate who is a young professional, male perferred, utilities are included and looking for someone whose obsessed with technology but also someone who will be accountable for rent and chores. About me- I am a quiet 31 year old, I enjoy physical activity, watching online entertainment, [REDACTED] four years and love it. I cannot have more pets because i already have a dog. Must be a technology using person, and will need to meet at restaurant available after march 22nd
