I’m Leela, I have private bedroom with separate bathroom available for rent. Room is fully furnished, I’m looking for female only, rent is $800 with utilities and utensils. Cleaners will come and clean the bathrooms every month. I’m non smoker and non drinker, I expect the same. No pets.
