We’ve got a room opening in our house about 1.5 miles from the University of Kentucky. Private bedroom, shared bathroom + common areas. Two guys are currently living in the house, looking for someone normal, clean, and easy to get along with. Street parking is easy, and it’s a quick drive or bike to campus. Move-in fee = 1 month's rent deposit
