Basically a studio with private bathroom minutes away from public transportation into the city, including bus ferry and bus-path connection to the city. The home is on a quiet street. Four roommates two men two women working professionals. House is quiet people keep to themselves and this room is located in the last floor of home so rather isolated just have to keep in mind the stairs. But you will stay in shape! Everything included in rent. Everybody rotates chores in common areas and has laundry in house.
