I am renting out a private room with its own bathroom (toilet + shower) in my clean and fully furnished home located in Westwood, Mesa, Arizona.
The house is kept very clean and tidy at all times. Shoes are not allowed inside the house (slippers or socks only). and clean roommate who shares the same values.
Room Features:
• Private en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower)
• Fully furnished (bed, closet, desk, etc.)
• Bright, clean, and comfortable
Shared areas include the kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. No smoking. No parties. Short-term guests may be allowed with prior notice.
I am looking for a serious, long-term tenant who respects the house rules and maintains cleanliness.
